Welcome to JustSign. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal data of our users (coaches/trainers) and the data they input regarding their students.

2. Information We Collect

• Account Information: When you register, we may collect your email address and name for authentication purposes (via Firebase).
• Student Data (User-Generated Content): As a coach, you may input information about your students, such as Names and Phone Numbers, for the purpose of class check-ins.
• Usage Data: We may collect anonymous usage statistics (e.g., crash reports via Firebase Crashlytics) to improve app stability.

3. Responsibility for Student Data (Important)

You (the Coach/User) act as the "Data Controller" for your students' data. By inputting any third-party personal information (including but not limited to student names and phone numbers) into JustSign, you represent and warrant that:

1. You have obtained explicit consent from the individuals (students) to store their data in this App.
2. You are solely responsible for the legality of the source of this data.
3. JustSign acts solely as a "Data Processor" providing the tool for management and assumes no liability for disputes arising from your collection of student data.

4. How We Use Information

• To provide the check-in and class management features.
• To verify your identity and restore your purchase history (Pro features).
• We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information or your students' data to others.
