1. Introduction

Welcome to JustSign. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal data of our users (coaches/trainers) and the data they input regarding their students.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

• Account Information: When you register, we may collect your email address and name for authentication purposes (via Firebase).
• Student Data (User-Generated Content): As a coach, you may enter student names, phone numbers, email addresses, notes, check-in and session records, and handwritten signatures to use JustSign's class-management features.
• Subscription and Technical Data: We use RevenueCat to manage subscription and purchase status, entitlements, transaction metadata, and necessary identifiers such as App User IDs and aliases. Apple processes App Store payments; JustSign does not receive your full payment card information. Firebase services may collect limited technical and diagnostic information required to operate and improve the service.

3. Responsibility for Student Data (Important)

You (the Coach/User) act as the "Data Controller" for your students' data. By inputting any third-party personal information (including but not limited to student names and phone numbers) into JustSign, you represent and warrant that:

1. You have obtained explicit consent from the individuals (students) to store their data in this App.
2. You are solely responsible for the legality of the source of this data.
3. JustSign acts solely as a "Data Processor" providing the tool for management and assumes no liability for disputes arising from your collection of student data.

4. How We Use Information

• To provide the check-in and class management features.
• To verify your identity and manage or restore Plus and Pro subscription access.
• We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information or your students' data to others.
